Originally from upstate NY, Kyle relocated to the Denver area in 2000, and has called Colorado home for the last 22 years. He began his real estate career in 2006 after purchasing his first rehab property in the Denver Highlands neighborhood, and has continued to build and develop dozens of new homes in the surrounding area. Kyle’s knowledge of the local market, combined with homebuilding experience, allows him to serve his clients from a unique perspective. In Kyle’s free time, you’ll find him browsing the vinyl collection at Twist & Shout, skiing, building furniture, and spending time with his family.

We appreciated his gentle, non-hard-nose-salesman approach. We never felt pushed or rushed, and he seemed to have all the time for us. Kyle's experience working in the construction industry is a bonus when he is showing his clients homes to buy. We sure benefited from that expertise which helped us avoid costly mistakes and also estimate how much more money we could expect to put into the house after buying it, because he has a very clear sense of how much the renovation will cost given what needs to be done. Kyle was an absolute joy to work with. House-hunting, especially in this market, is inherently very stressful - but Kyle actually made it fun! He is a very kind-hearted and thoughtful person, and was communicative and helpful the whole way through. The fact that he is also a builder really gave us a leg up as we went through the hunting process, he was able to point out aspects of each house that other realtors would have surely missed, and we could always bounce questions off him and he'd provide us with really useful information (e.g., how much a new kitchen floor would be, what it would cost to re-shingle a roof, etc.). Almost want to buy another house just to work with him again!
