Blayze Petersen is a Buyer Agent with Ed Prather Real Estate. He specializes in advising and guiding first time home buyers. In this role, he executes all aspects of Real Estate, including building lifelong relationships, negotiating contracts, and helping his clients understand the homebuying process. His varied background in Banking, Sales, and Construction makes him uniquely suited to being a well-rounded, knowleadgable Real Estate Advisor. Blayze is originally from Minnesota where he played college football and studied Exercise Science. He found his way out to Colorado in 2016 where he instantly fell in love with the views. Bri Ugalde joined the team and began her Real Estate journey in early 2020. In her short time as an agent on the team, Bri has held many positions. Beginning with recruiting to help grow our team, to a full time Buyer Agent, switching over to the Listing side of things, then back to the buy side. You can say, she wears many hats, and wears them well with professionalism and expertise. Bri has seen great success and it is proven through her coaching and raving reviews. Bri is originally from New Jersey, received her BS in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University, and then made her way out to Colorado in 2017. She enjoys building connections and a sense of community to create a "home away from home" for herself at the office. On her off time, you can find her traveling the world, hanging out with friends and playing fetch with her two pups, Rizzo & Piffy. Shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2005, Ed got his Colorado real estate license. It wasn't until 2010 that he started working full time in real estate but, since then, he hasn't looked back. Until 2017, Ed focused primarily on investment real estate in and outside of Colorado. Through a mixture of short term flips, rentals, and mutli family syndication spread across Colorado, Nebraska, and Oklahoma City Ed kept himself busy investing and helping others do the same. With his daughter, Lily on the way in early 2017, he shifted his approach to focus on brokerage in Colorado. Ed quickly became a top producer in the metro area but also realized that the solo agent approach has its limitations. In late 2019, Ed launched Ed Prather Real Estate; a highly specialized team focused on optimizing the client experience while empowering team members to achieve success in real estate. Today, Ed lives in Lakewood, CO where the team just moved their offices to. He keeps his hands quite full with a team of 25 and two kids under 5. In his downtime, you'll find Ed hanging out outside with his wife, Becky, and kids, Lily (5) and Eddie (3), trail running on green mountain, or playing volleyball at Wash Park.
